General Information

School Timings

• Pre-primary – 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Grade I to VIII – 7:50 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Working Days – Monday to Friday

• Nursery Admission Age Criteria – A child should be at least 3 years old as on 31^st March of the session i.e., 2025-26.
• The admissions to Higher Classes are done on the basis of availability of a seat in a particular class.
• The child should have passed the previous class from a recognized school affiliated to CBSE/ICSE or Other Boards.

Apply Online Procedure for Classes Nursery – VIII Admission 2025-26:

• For classes Nursery to VIII : Online Registration Form for Class Nursery to VIII Admission (2025-26)
• Requirements: Parents Mobile number and an email address. A Photograph of each of the parents and the child.
• Mode of Payment: Online Account Transfer/UPI (In the School).
• Fill in the Registration Form. Once the form is filled, Kindly take the Print out and submit the form in the school along with the registration fee.

Terms & Conditions and Instructions for Filling up the Online form / Payment

• This is an electronic Registration Form for Greater Noida Podar Learn School, Noida Extension (Greater Noida west) only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
• Please fill the mandatory fields and write NA which is not applicable to you.
• Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use “TAB KEY” or mouse control for the same.
• After completing the Registration Form, click on the “Final Submit” button for final Registration and printing of the form.
• To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
• Please note that Registration amount is non-refundable. Therefore please furnish us with genuine information about the child & the parent.
• Parents will have to carry the original Birth Certificate of the child and 2-2 passport size Photographs of both the parents & 4 of the child at the time of interaction along with the Registration Form’s copy. If false or misleading information is given or correct information is held back, the form will be automatically disqualified.

School fee is payable on quarterly basis i.e. 3 month fee at a time as per details given below:-

• Fee must be paid by the “Last Date of Payment”.
• If the “Last Date of Payment” is a holiday then the next working day after such holiday is considered to be the “Last Date of Payment”.
• If fee is not paid by the “Last Date of Payment” a fine of Rs. 10/- per day including all holidays, will be charged from the “Last Date of Payment” and till the day of payment of fee.
• Cheque returned by the bank on which it is drawn, for any reason what so ever shall be treated as non-payment of dues and an additional amount of Rs. 295/- shall be charged towards expenses along with the late fine and additional penalty as the case may be. In case of cheque bouncing, fee will be accepted only through Demand Draft including the penalties.
• Issuing of fee reminders is not mandatory for school. It is the duty of the parents to deposit the fee as per the above schedule.
• If the fee of a quarter is not paid by the last date for payment with fine, the student will not be allowed to attend classes until the parent accompany the child and meet the Principal.
• Any fee defaulter falling under ruling (7), shall be regularized only after the permission of the Principal.
• To facilitate the parents the school will accept post dated cheques for quarterly fee in school accounts department. Acceptance of such cheques will be subject to last date of payment by cheque. No request will be accepted to hold the cheques after the date mentioned on the cheque.
• No fee shall be treated as the current quarter fee or advance fee unless and until all previous fee dues are cleared in full.
• Fee shall be payable for the entire month if the student attends the school even for one day during the quarter.
